DISTRICT CONDO
The Condo is available to pastors and laymen on the South Texas District.
Effective immediately for 2025, the charge to rent the District Condo in Galveston, TX has increased. This is due to significant up-ticks in costs for cleaning, insurance, maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
All pastors (licensed and ordained on the South Texas District) and District leaders (appointed or elected on the South Texas District) may reserve the Condo for $350 per week.* For all other guests (on and off the South Texas District), the Condo can be rented for $700 per week. Current parking for one vehicle and access fee to the condominium amenities is $35 plus 8.25% tax. This is paid at check-in once you arrive on property.** The condo now sleeps 7 people comfortably - One queen bed in bedroom; two single bunks in hallway; sofa pull-out is a queen bed; and single chair folds out into a single sleeper. NOTE: For those people who have already made a reservation for 2025, the 2024 pricing will be honored. |

*A "week" at the District condo starts on Monday at 4pm and ends the following Sunday at 12pm. This allows us time to clean the condo and provide necessary updates prior to the next guest arriving. If you are unable to stay at the condo for that number of days, the price will remain the same.
